Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This will be clearly stated on the product page if applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may request a return once the item has been delivered.
